Your future role

Youll play a key role in shaping efficient and future-ready production processes. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (design production and quality teams) optimize and continuously improve processes through on-site observations and much more.
Well look to you for:
Supervising the production technology process
Optimizing and continuously improving processes including on-site observations
Rebuilding and modernizing production lines and stations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production workflows
Supporting technical problem-solving and troubleshooting during production
Providing input into the design and development of new production methods
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in all processes
Conducting training for production staff on new processes and tools
Monitoring and analyzing production data to identify improvement opportunities
Driving innovation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the team

Degree in engineering manufacturing or a related technical field
Experience or understanding of production processes in the manufacturing industry

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Adaptability to dynamic work environments and changing priorities
