Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned industrial testing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll report to Piotr (Regional Center Industrialization Manager) and work in a creative and cohesive team. Youll work alongside innovative dedicated and collaborative teammates. Youll contribute significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our industrial test processes. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering manufacturing quality control) ensure the application of testing standards maintenance of test equipment and much more.

Well look to you for:

• Contributing to Hardware test specification and FAT Software defined by engineering
• Guaranteeing the application of industrial testing standards (DFT rules standard test platform usage maintenance rules) during product development
• Developing deploying validating and maintaining test bench fixtures test sequence programming tools burn-in means operating manual
• Managing testing means development or upgrading including configuration management and related verification according to QCD targets
• Managing maintenance and calibration of active tools/test fixtures (internal external)
• Ensuring support to manufacturing related to industrial test means: deployment upgrading follow-up reporting maintenance debugging expertise and continuous improvement
• Training the workers and EPU managers during design and industrialization phase
• Investigating root causes in case of non-conformity or incident and implement corrective solutions

• Degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics or a related field
• Experience or understanding of industrial test processes in the electronics domain
• Knowledge of test principles and methods including testability test coverage and test tool capacity
• Knowledge and commercial experience with C#/.NET andLabView
• Excellent communication skills
• Operational effectiveness and openness to learning new things
• English at B2 both written and spoken
• Familiarity with test tools and means such as CEETIS and WEETECH is an advantage
