DevopsCloudOps Engineer (banking)

We are looking for a DevOps/CloudOps Engineer to join Sopra Steria Polska for a team that works on the project for a client from banking sector.

Note that we can only offer cooperation to people are located in Poland and are willing to commute to our office in Katowice.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to manage and optimize cloud operations.
• Use monitoring tools like Dynatrace to ensure system performance.
• Handle toolchains with GitLab and Azure DevOps.
• Implement and maintain security measures including HashiCorp Vault.
• Work with containerization technologies.
• Respond to incidents support users and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and configurations.
• Help establish and promote best practices for cloud operations.
• Script and automate tasks using various programming languages.

Tech stack on the project:

• GitLab
• Azure DevOps
• Terraform
• Ansible
• Bash/Powershell/Python

Qualifications :

Must have requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience on cloud environment 
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and know conceptually how they work  
• Knowledge in at least one of scripting tools: Bash Powershell Python 
• IAC tooling: Terraform Ansible  
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins Gitlab ArgoCD Azure DevOps Artifactory Nexus 
• Monitoring: Understanding of fullStack monitoring or knowledge on Dynatrace 
• Experience with Kubernetes 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations 
• Ability to work and communicate in a multi-cultural environment 
• Initiative accuracy and attention to detail 
• Being open to occasional business trips abroad
