About the Role
The Student Relations Officer supports the effective delivery of student governance representation and engagement initiatives across the University. As part of the centralised Student Relations team you will play an important role in enabling strong student voice mechanisms by providing operational coordination maintaining clear communication processes and supporting relationship management with student leaders and representatives. You will contribute to the smooth delivery of student elections and appointments assist with student advisory functions and support the coordination of institutional surveys and insights activities.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will support the coordination and logistics of student elections committee appointments and other representation processes. You will provide administrative support to a range of student representation and advisory activities including scheduling and organising meetings preparing agendas and minutes and maintaining accurate and accessible communications and webpages. The role also contributes to the preparation and presentation of student feedback and insights supporting institutional survey delivery through the development of communications timelines and participation addition you will assist with student-facing components of SSAF processes by promoting opportunities for engagement and coordinating feedback and submissions.
