Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Document services provided in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure positive patient outcomes
- Educate patients families and caregivers on exercises and mobility strategies
- Support a patient-focused culture that promotes dignity safety and independence
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Wisconsin
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Passion for helping individuals improve their functional abilities
