Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Evaluate clients progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely client records

- Provide crisis intervention and support when needed
- Educate clients and families about mental health issues
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Mental Health Counseling or a degree in a related clinical area.
Must possess appropriate LPC LMFT or LCSW certification or licensing in the state where practice occurs.
