- Organize weekly teaching plan according to the curriculum lesson plan.
- Request age appropriate resources to support the lesson plan.
- Conduct daily teaching according to the curriculum lesson plan.
- Identify children with learning barriers and escalate to the Principal.
Administration:
- Attend staff meeting as per the invite from the Principal.
- Attend parents meetings as per the invite.
- Attend all internal workshops.
- Accept and guide the beneficiaries.
- Report monthly on beneficiaries performance and programmes progress.
- Support excursions by informing parents of all requirements.
- Capture daily attendance registers of the learners.
Classroom Management:
- Store learning and teaching support material safely at all times.
- Set-up the learning environment according to the age groups.
- Manage learner behaviour appropriately.
- Maintain a safe and clean learning environment.
- Educate learners on health and safety protocols to follow.
- Handle emergency situations with care.
