An exciting opportunity currently exists for an Head of Remediation and Learning & Development. The successful candidate will become an integral member of our talented experienced and forward-thinking team contributing to impactful work in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Minimum RequirementsPurpose of the Role: To lead the Moore SA networks remediation processes and learning & development strategy ensuring compliance with ISQM 1 driving continuous improvement in quality management and fostering a culture of professional growth across all member firms.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Chartered Accountant (South Africa)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years post training contract experience of which 2 should preferably be in audit quality management and/or learning & development leadership roles.
- Technical Knowledge: ISQM 1 ISA 220 audit methodologies and regulatory compliance.
Core Skills:
- Strategic planning and project management
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving
- Instructional design and training delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with MOODLE and CASEWARE will be an advantage
