A well-regarded secondary academy in Portsmouth is seeking an HR Manager to lead and develop its HR function. This role offers strategic and operational responsibility supporting staff across teaching and support teams.
Lead HR operations including recruitment payroll liaison and compliance
Advise SLT on HR strategy workforce planning and policy development
Oversee staff relations performance management and wellbeing initiatives
Ensure safeguarding and safer recruitment compliance
Line manage HR and administrative staff

CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
Experience leading HR in a complex organisation
Confident advising senior stakeholders
