As Business Developer you will drive the growth of InPost Iberia through the acquisition of new strategic clients (large retailers and high-volume eCommerce) positioning our last-mile solutions (PUDO Lockers Home Delivery) and B2B and fulfillment services as leading logistics solutions in the Iberian market.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have
Identify prospect and acquire new strategic clients in the Retail and eCommerce segments.
Develop and execute a hunting commercial plan aligned with growth objectives.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting qualification proposal negotiation and closing.
Analyze customer needs to design personalized and differentiated value propositions.
Collaborate closely with Operations IT and Marketing teams to ensure optimal integration.
Track pipeline KPIs and forecasts reporting progress and opportunities.
Represent InPost at industry fairs events and forums to expand the network of contacts and opportunities.
Well what will the requirements be
25 years of experience in business development or B2B sales within eCommerce SaaS marketplaces parcel delivery or tech startup environments.
Strong experience in new client acquisition (hunting) in fast-growing environments.
Knowledge of the last-mile logistics ecosystem (Lockers PUDO Home Delivery fulfillment).
Ability to manage high-level relationships with decision-makers in large accounts.
Advanced English (C1); other European languages are a strong plus.
Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot) and analytics tools (Excel PowerPoint).
