Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end derivative operations: trade processing confirmation reconciliation and lifecycle events
- Coordinate timely settlements with counterparties custodians and prime brokers
- Perform daily/monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy across credit portfolios
- Book trades and investment activity with precision adhering to internal controls and procedures
- Partner closely with investment treasury and accounting teams to align operations with strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (any major; strong analytical majors preferred)
- 1-5 years in investment operations fund accounting or trade support; public credit or derivatives experience a plus
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with reconciliation tools or trade booking systems
- Exceptional attention to detail reliability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-accountability setting
- Strong communication and learning agility; must read complex documents and ask smart questions
