What Youll Own
- Lead global US GAAP financial reporting consolidations and accounting policy development
- Oversee a high-performing team responsible for close and reporting activities across multiple international entities
- Manage complex accounting areas including consolidations (VIEs) acquisitions and technical accounting assessments
- Drive automation and process enhancements across Workday and related financial systems
- Partner cross-functionally with FP&A Tax and Fund Accounting to ensure accuracy and alignment across global reporting
- Coordinate annual audits and maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting
Qualifications
- 15 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience ideally a mix of Big 4 and corporate
- Deep technical accounting and consolidation expertise under US GAAP
- Experience managing global entities and working in a complex multinational environment
- Hands-on systems knowledge: Workday strongly preferred
- CPA required; advanced degree or IFRS exposure a plus
- Exceptional communication skills and leadership presence
Compensation
- Strong base salary 60% annual bonus carried interest participation profit sharing and 100% employer-paid healthcare with industry-leading retirement benefits.
