Job Summary

Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Director to join our team as the Director of Case Management. This is a full-time position based in Nashville TN. As the Director of Case Management you will oversee and manage the daily operations of the case management department. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and maintaining high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the case management department including staff and resources - Develop and implement policies and procedures for case management services - Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as industry standards - Monitor and analyze department performance and make necessary improvements - Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care and outcomes - Provide leadership and guidance to case management staff - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities - Manage budget and resources for the department - Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as insurance companies and healthcare providers - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in case management Qualifications: - Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Tennessee - Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field Masters degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management with at least 2 years in a leadership role - Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to case management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven leadership and management skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Proficient in computer systems and electronic medical records - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including medical dental and vision insurance paid time off and retirement plans.
