Join our team in Toronto and look forward to the following tasks:
Tasks
- Identify and target new potential clients in the US and Canadian market through market research to develop new business relationships (USA-Canada).
- Set up and deliver outbound campaigns using sales enablement tools to drive top-of-the-funnel opportunities for our award-winning Retail solutions.
- Support Sales Managers on outbound tactics and lead generating efforts through different channels like cold calls online platforms fairs and conferences.
- Review market information and conditions to stay updated on shopfitting industry trends.
- Prepare company presentations.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Schweitzergroup at all internal and external company events.
- Demonstrate the value of Schweitzer and our projects offerings in both online and offline forums.
- Enjoy working in an international environment with opportunities to travel to international clients and different offices.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in sales (B2B) and affinity for Retail.
- Strong track record in converting cold calls into leads.
- Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools like Microsoft Dynamics Rocketreach or similar.
- Excellent English skills - any other language skills are an advantage.
- Experience in a technical field and knowledge of technical programs like AutoCad Revit is beneficial.
- Persistent and goal-oriented mindset even in challenging sales situations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Empathic team player and client-focused mindset.
Benefits
Base salary of $50000 to $65000 plus potential discretionary bonus
