- Identify and Develop Key Accounts: Focus on pursuing large high-value accounts while building a robust pipeline of potential clients
- Strategic Sales Initiatives: Design and execute sales strategies that align with our strategic business goals ensuring maximum territory coverage
- Relationship Cultivation: Forge strong relationships with key decision-makers across various sectors including hospitals long-term care facilities and private corporations
- Brand Promotion: Actively participate in lead-generation activities such as trade shows community education events networking functions and marketing campaigns
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide detailed sales reports and feedback to management
- Sales Administration: Utilize CRM tools for reporting managing email correspondence and analyzing territory performance
Qualifications :
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Sales Rep with a strong track record in business development especially within a health service-oriented environment
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in health care services or a related field is highly preferred
- Educational Background: A degree in sales marketing or equivalent professional experience
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and prior experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Hunter Mentality: Self-starter with the ability to initiate cold calls and build relationships from the ground up
- Networking Skills: Exceptional ability to network and build lasting relationships
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit supporting fellow team members to deliver exceptional client experiences
