This Territory Manager position is a regular full-time position and is located in Longueuil.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will:
- Support and guide associate store owners in all aspects of their business
- Develop and grow the sales and distribution network in your territory and the NAPA auto parts partner network
- Implement promote and follow up on NAPA programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store team members customers and distribution centers
- Promote our programs to ensure maximum adherence: plan sales efforts with dedicated sales force and collaborate with Banner Coordinators to increase market penetration
- Hold regular business reviews with store managers.
Qualifications :
To join our team you need:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Sales and business development skills with good budget and analytical experience
- Bilingualism in French and English as you will be working frequently with internal customers across Canada.
