Job Summary

Senior Full-Stack Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months contract

Experience: 10 years hands-on development.

Focus:

Front-End Heavy (70/30 split) 70% React 30% Java backend.

Expected to lead UI architecture set patterns and coach team on React best practices.

Responsibilities Emphasis:

Strong React expertise for building modern responsive UIs.

Ability to contribute to backend when needed (Java Spring Boot).

Familiarity with Playwright for E2E testing (easier for UI engineers).

Nice-to-Haves:

Kafka experience (helpful but not mandatory).

Ability to guide team on design system and monorepo decisions.

Soft Skills: Leadership mindset mentoring capability strong collaboration.

Shared Requirements

Full-stack capability (React Java).

Testing: JUnit Mockito Jest Playwright.

CI/CD GitHub Actions Agile environment.

Cloud exposure (AWS) containerization (Docker/OpenShift).

Domain-Driven Design (DDD) understanding (team is starting to adopt)
