Location: Fort Worth TX- Hybrid

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with 7 years of experience to design and develop high-performance services for Loyalty applications. This role requires a strong balance of frontend expertise in React JS/TypeScript and backend mastery in Java Spring Boot. You will be responsible for end-to-end application development from requirement gathering to production support while adhering to Test Driven Development (TDD) and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

Backend Engineering & Services

Java Spring Boot Development: Design and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot to support enterprise loyalty features.
Security & Hygiene: Proactively identify and incorporate the latest security standards to protect sensitive customer data and maintain overall IT hygiene for loyalty systems.
Issue Resolution: Resolve critical production issues provide efficient bug fixes and optimize existing application code for performance.
Frontend Development & UI
Modern JavaScript Frameworks: Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React JS (Required) TypeScript and Angular.
Component Architecture: Create reusable and modular frontend components to streamline the development of loyalty platform features.
DevOps & Quality Assurance
Test Driven Development (TDD): Ensure high code quality and reliability by following TDD principles throughout the software development lifecycle.
DevOps Integration: Facilitate the integration of DevOps principles into the development pipeline ensuring smooth deployments and continuous integration.
Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and follow Agile methodologies for project communication and delivery.
