- Ancillary Staff per provider: 1 Paramedic occasionally CNAs and NPNs
- Procedures offered in the practice: Emergency Care Inpatient Skilled Care
- Number of Exam Rooms per provider: 2
- Medical Imaging: Yes
- Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: ER average 3.6 patients
- Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: Med/Surg 1.4 patients
- EMR: EPIC
Facility Reimbursement:
- Flights - $750/round trip cap (to include all taxes and fees). No upgraded airfares or seat upgrades
- Lodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay (to include taxes and fees)
- Rental Car - $55/day cap (including all taxes and fees) regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved (will only be approved if needed for inclement weather)
- Mileage - IRS Standard Rate
- Malpractice (must be included in the rates)
- Orientation
- Hourly ($402 rate cap)

- Overtime ($554 rate cap)

Requirement description :
