Job Summary

UCHealth is in need of a Locum Neuro Hospitalist as soon as credentialed.

Details:
24hr shifts (Inpatient and telestroke 6a-6p) (night call 6p-6a)
12-15 shifts per month ASAC.
45 Total ICU Beds 1-3 Trauma Level 12 Rehab beds
Full hospital staffing including stroke team - primary stroke center.
Lab & X-ray onsite.
EMR: Epic
Travel Reimbursement:
Must send provider flights and lodging info 4 weeks before start.
Flights - Up to $750 RT cap
Lodging - Reimbursed by Receipt - $150/night before taxes and fees
Car rental - Reimbursed by Receipt - up to an economy car cap.
Mileage - IRS Standard Rate.
Bill Rates Needed for Submission
Malpractice (must be included in the rates)

Requirement description :
Board Certified Neurology - REQUIRED
Active CO license - HIGHLY PREFERRED - will consider Active IMLC with LOQ
Must have Stroke telemedicine (telestroke) experience - REQUIRED note at name clear
Must indicate day and night availability - REQUIRED note at name clear.
Clean malpractice and background - REQUIRED
BLS - REQUIRED need to obtain before starting
COVID vaccine - REQUIRED note at time of name clear

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : Rotation between 4 docs.
On Call Requirements : Nightly call 6p-6a
