With locations in Pittsfield and Lenox Berkshire Urgent Care provides our patients with convenient access to care for minor illnesses and injuries. Our on-site lab and X-ray services allow us to give patients their results in minutes so they can begin the healing process.

As part of Berkshire Health Systems Berkshire Urgent Care is part of the system s integrated medical records network meaning information about your visit to Urgent Care and any treatments prescribed are shared with your primary care provider for convenient follow-up.

Minor Illness & Injuries

Our skilled staff can help with a variety of illnesses and injury.

Bronchitis flu symptoms asthma allergies
Pediatric illness
Eye complaints (including conjunctivitis pink eye etc.)
Ear nose and throat complaints (such as earache congestion sore throat etc.)
Urinary tract infection (UTI)
Rashes bites and stings
Simple fractures sprains and strains
Back sprains
Cuts bruises and wounds
Minor burns

With our on-site lab and x-ray services we can provide:

Rapid PCR testing for Covid-19
Flu and tetanus shots
Strep throat testing
Urine tests
Pregnancy tests
Blood Draws
X-ray services
Lyme testing

No non-billable orientation
OT Holiday multipliers: 1.25%

Requirement description :

Minimum 2 years current hospital/Urgent Care Access Coordinator experience
ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY/HIT THE GROUND RUNNING - REQUIRED
High school diploma required
REGISTRATION/INSURANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Confidentiality is a MUST
This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
