Job Summary

Key Responsibilities :
Budgeting & Forecasting Prepare detailed annual budgets monthly forecasts and variance analysis.
Audit and Analysis - Refine charts of accounts for operating & corporate entities and should be able to understand P&L and balance sheets really well.
Database Management Maintain investor reporting databases and loan management platforms (Yardi proficiency required).
Deal Diligence Perform due diligence on new transactions including financial operational and market analysis.
Performance Tracking Track and analyze KPIs IRR cash-on-cash returns and other financial metrics.
Reporting Produce monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for management and investors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Finance Capital Markets Investments Analytics and Technology teams.
Project Participation Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and assist other finance teams as needed.
Requirements Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Engineering or Mathematics from a top university.
Experience: 2 5 years in FP&A investment banking private equity or real estate finance.
Software Expertise: Strong proficiency in Yardi and Advance Excel Google sheets Bonus with Power BI.
Real Estate Knowledge: Direct exposure to multifamily assets in the U.S. real estate market.
Analytical Skills: Highly analytical detail-oriented and skilled in variance and KPI analysis.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare and present reports to senior stakeholders.
Work Ethic: Ability to handle multiple projects meet deadlines and work extended hours when necessary in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications:

Advanced Degree: Masters in Finance Economics or Business preferred.
Certifications: CFA CA or CPA (completed or in progress) will be viewed favorably.
Private Equity Experience: Exposure to private equity capital structures and investor reporting highly desirable.
