Lead the Future of Finance IT as Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Application Specialist
Role And Impact:
As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Financial and Controlling (FICO) Application Specialist you will play a pivotal role in shaping Topsoes financial systems and processes. You will lead the configuration support and integration of Financial (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes within our SAP S/4HANA environment with a strong focus on Controlling. Your expertise will drive the design and optimization of key finance processes including product costing transfer pricing closing activities group accounting and consolidation. You will act as both a business advisor on current SAP tools and finance processes and as a technical owner responsible for daily operations in your area. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders you will coordinate tasks ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems and contribute to the ongoing development of our Finance IT Corporate Applications. Your work will directly impact the accuracy efficiency and compliance of Topsoes financial operations supporting our global business objectives.
What You Will Bring:
You bring a strong academic background in Finance Accounting Information Technology or a related field complemented by deep expertise in SAP FI and CO modules with more than 12 years of hands-on experience includes configuration support and participation in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. You are skilled in integrating SAP with third-party systems and other SAP modules and you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality sustainable solutions. Your strengths include excellent communication stakeholder management and the ability to independently resolve complex issues. You are fluent in English and comfortable working in the Central European Time (CET) zone. Your analytical mindset attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement make you a trusted advisor and technical leader.

You will become part of Topsoes Global IT department specifically within the Corporate Applications Finance team. Our team is composed of skilled and professional colleagues who value collaboration knowledge sharing and mutual support. You will work closely with business stakeholders and report directly to the Senior Director of Corporate Applications ensuring your contributions are recognized and valued across the organization.
