Those people who have worked with ambitious targets and have a high degree of Boolean search skills will be preferred.
Experience: 1 - 3 years of good quality experience in middle and senior-level recruitments in related industries.
Education: Preferably A graduate in any commercial or sciences. Engineering graduates will have an edge.
High Fidelity search skills:
- Boolean search X-ray search Deep google search skills
- A high degree of collaboration and teamwork.
- An Effective communicator.
- A high degree of skills in Problem solving and critical thinking
Roles & Responsibilities
Our Team member role has two aspects:
1. As a Delivery Manager
- He/ She is supposed to achieve his/her team targets.
- Ensuring high Quality of Hire for each mandate allocated to him/her.
- Ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Accumulate and share in-depth knowledge insights and relationships to the practice/ industries allocated to him/ her.
2. As a Relationship Manager
- He/ She will be responsible for mandate closures and the satisfaction of clients.
- Ensure high-quality farming of positions from all allocated clients.
- Ensuring High Process Quality for all the business processes including operating software like ATS and CRM.
