Job Description:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Growth

Acquire new HNI/UHNI and affluent clients for the branchs wealth portfolio.

Conduct financial needs analysis risk profiling and periodic portfolio reviews.

Deepen existing client relationships to increase wallet share and client retention.

Offer tailored financial planning advice aligned with clients goals
2. Sales & Revenue Targets
-
Drive sales of wealth and financial products (mutual funds SIPs insurance PMS AIFs bonds) and branch banking products.
-
Achieve sales targets including AUM growth TRV expansion and product penetration per client.
-
Cross-sell banking products (credit cards loans CASA deposits) and ensure channel migration.
3. Branch & Market Development
-
Work with branch teams to implement targeted client acquisition strategies.
-
Conduct investment/insurance seminars client engagement events and awareness programs.
-
Network to expand brand visibility and develop referral pipelines.
4. Team Leadership & Operations
-
Lead coach and motivate branch relationship staff to meet targets and KPIs.
-
Allocate leads and client portfolios review performance and maintain MIS reporting.
-
Ensure operational excellence timely service delivery and efficient workflow within the branch.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
-
Ensure adherence to compliance regulatory and internal policies (KYC/AML AMFI IRDA/NISM as applicable)
-
Guarantee accurate documentation and timely execution of client instructions.

Maintain ethical practices and high standards of client confidentiality.
