Location: Bihar Jharkhand West Bengal & North East
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: Min 6 year experience in 3 Years in Flavors experience
CTC: 6.6 LPA PF ESI

Key Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement company sales plans and promotional initiatives to meet targets.
* Distributor Management: Monitor distributor performance inventory levels and financial collections.
* Team Leadership: Guide field sales staff particularly in managing General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
* Product Focus: Promote a wide range of products including bakery flavors savory flavors and beverage concentrates.
