Job Summary

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery oftechnology-driven projects ensuring scope timelines quality and risks are managed effectively
Act asScrum Master facilitating Agile ceremonies: sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives
Work hands-on withengineering teams (Frontend Backend QA DevOps)to drive execution and remove technical blockers
Translate business requirements intotechnical scope user stories sprint goals and delivery plans
Participate in technical discussions architecture reviews and solution design sessions
Track and manage sprint progress dependencies risks and delivery metrics (velocity burn-down capacity)
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and align stakeholders on technical and delivery status
Ensure Agile best practices are followed while maintaining delivery discipline
Support release planning deployment coordination and post-release retrospectives
Drive continuous improvement across engineering delivery and Agile processes
Qualifications
12 yearsof experience as aTechnical Project Manager / Scrum Master
Strong understanding ofweb application architectures APIs and modern frontend/backend stacks
Proven hands-on experience working closely withengineering teams
Solid knowledge ofAgile/Scrum methodologiesand SDLC best practices
Strong stakeholder management communication and facilitation skills
Experience usingJira Azure DevOps Confluence or similar tools
Nice to Have
Prior hands-on technical background (Developer / Tech Lead)
Experience deliveringAngular / React / Node / .NET-based applications
Exposure tocloud platforms(Azure / AWS) and CI/CD pipelines
