What Youll Do
Conduct thorough legal research and case investigations to support workers compensation proceedings
Draft review and file legal documents pleadings and correspondence
Manage case files from intake through resolution ensuring compliance with state and federal workers compensation regulations
Communicate directly with clients medical providers insurance adjusters and opposing counsel
Coordinate medical records depositions hearings and trial preparation
Maintain organized case management systems and client databases

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience with substantial workers compensation experience strongly preferred
Deep familiarity with Georgia workers compensation law and procedures (highly preferred)
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience with substantial workers compensation experience strongly preferred
