Position Overview
The client is seeking a Lead Test Infrastructure and Automation Engineer to support test framework development CI/CD infrastructure and automation tooling for a leading technology client. This role requires strong hands-on experience in test environment architecture automation frameworks virtualization technologies and CI pipelines. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline test workflows improve coverage and enhance reliability across infrastructure and automation systems. Local candidates only.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design development and maintenance of test infrastructure and automation frameworks
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar CI tools
Manage and maintain virtualized test environments (ESXi Proxmox VM provisioning configuration and lifecycle management)
Work with Bazel build systems for scalable and reliable build/test execution
Utilize Jama for requirements management and TestRail for test case management
Partner with engineering teams to improve test efficiency reliability and execution workflows
Support automation best practices and continuous testing strategies
Must-Have Skills
Strong experience with Jenkins or other CI tools
Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as ESXi or Proxmox
Experience with Bazel build systems
Experience using Jama for requirements management
Experience with TestRail for test case management
