Job Title: Locum - Cardiologist
Summary:
Join a thriving medical group in Redding California seeking a General Cardiologist for a locum position lasting 6-9 months. The practice emphasizes outpatient care providing a supportive environment equipped with experienced staff including Medical Assistants and Clinic Supervisors. Youll work within a state-of-the-art facility featuring modern amenities to ensure optimal patient care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full scope outpatient general cardiology services.
- Manage an average of 20 patients per day with no admissions.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Utilize Cerner EMR for efficient patient documentation.
- Participate in orientation and training sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Cardiology (BC) is required.
- Must possess a California state medical license.
- Highly preferred to have a clean malpractice history; candidates with dismissed claims may be considered.
- Completion of residency in Cardiology from an accredited US/Canadian program is essential.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification BC Required
- State License CA Required
- Malpractice Clean history is highly preferred.
