We are looking for Assistant Marketing and Communication Manager to manage the marketing strategies that strengthen the companys brand enhance customer engagement and support business growth through effective marketing initiatives and clear consistent and compliant communication.
Your responsibilities
- Work with direct Superior to develop and plan the marketing and communication strategies that align with business goals & objectives.
- Responsible executing and optimizing the marketing and communication plan.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends opportunities and customer needs.
- Implement customer satisfaction programs and feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.
- Analyse market data to support strategic decisions and forecast demand.
- Responsible for a consistent and compliant brand identity positioning and messaging across all channels.
- Drive initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.
- Work with direct supervisor to Develop and planning campaigns events and promotional activities execute and monitor implementation of activities.
- Responsible for creation of internal and external communications press releases digital content and corporate materials.
- Manage online presence social media websites and media relations.
- Work with direct supervisor to develop & plan marketing and communication budgets.
- Responsible to control the budgets effectively.
- Build report on effectiveness of initiatives and results of all marketing targets achieve campaign to the Superior and Management.
- Partner with Sales Operations and HR to support business initiatives and ensure unified messaging.
Your qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field; Master degree is an advantage.
- More than 5 years experience in marketing and communications with at least 23 years in a supervisory role.
- Must be flexible to travel work extended hours for events or deadlines and maintain professionalism and integrity while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing and communication strategies.
- Excellent verbal written and presentation skills in English (and local language if applicable).
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms social media content management systems and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills to work across departments and with external partners.
- Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to drive brand differentiation.
