Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant

Were in search of an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in providing essential support to ensure smooth operations and success.

With three leading logistics hubs in San Francisco and servicing Amazon we are at the forefront of innovation and excellence in our field. Our main focus lies in providing exceptional logistics services with a specialization in parcel delivery to residential and commercial locations.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: NIGHT SHIFT Between 11:00 PM to 1:30 PM / Shifting. 4 days work week with 3 consecutive days off.

  • Job Type: Freelance Full-time (42 hours/week). Responsible for government mandatories (Tax and other mandates not included)

  • Location: ON-SITE in Quezon City Eastwood

  • Compensation: PHP20000 to PHP30000 all in monthly salary (based on experience).


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate various processes and reporting tasks within the company.

  • Manage email correspondence for key CEO Directors Managers and other staffs.

  • Monitor messaging platforms for important daily tasks and communication.

  • Maintain filing systems and ensure administrative processes are up to date.

  • Assist with special projects and team assignments.

  • Perform data analysis and process creation using Microsoft Excel and other tools.

  • Assist in managing financials budgets and costs for the company.

  • Perform personal assistant duties for the owner as needed.



Requirements

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Ability to anticipate the needs of others and ensure a positive experience.

  • Excellent time management coordination and communication skills.

  • High level of interpersonal skills including handling confidential situations.

  • Knowledge of business accounting preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

  • Energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Required Skills:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in US payroll (handling 300 employees preferred) - Familiarity with ADP is required; Paycom experience is a plus - Experience managing payroll across multiple companies on a weekly or bi-weekly cycle - Knowledge of California payroll laws is a strong advantage - Background in logistics or last-mile delivery operations is highly preferred - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid command of Google Workspace or MS Office tools.
