Job Summary
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experiencedDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies including product promotions and digital campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams and Key Opinion Leaders. Monitor market trends optimize performance and ensure compliance with regulations to drive sales and strengthen customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing detailed marketing strategies: Establish market share and prescription objectives build brand plans and formulate omnichannel product promotion strategies tailored to target audiences.
You will be responsible for leading product promotions: Plan and execute promotional activities manage marketing campaigns and collaborate with creative agencies to enhance product visibility and awareness.
You will be responsible for monitoring performance and campaign effectiveness: Conduct root cause analysis for non-compliance with KPIs collect feedback and make adjustments to promotional strategies to meet customer needs.
You will be responsible for collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs): Build strong relationships with KOLs plan scientific events share brand insights and ensure effective communication of brand values.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance: Oversee marketing activities to ensure adherence to organizational policies and regional regulations while optimizing processes.
You will be responsible for leveraging digital tools and insights: Apply digital marketing strategies such as SEO e-commerce platforms and social media campaigns to impact the consumer funnel and convert indicators into sales.
You will be responsible for market analysis and competitive evaluation: Analyze customer needs competitor activities and market trends to forecast opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
You will be responsible for training and development: Provide training materials and workshops for sales teams enhance marketing knowledge and ensure alignment with brand strategies.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification: Post-graduation in sales/marketing. Graduation in science preferred
Minimum work experience:
7 yrs overall experience

Critical Exposures
Exposure to product/brand management in the pharma sector or as a freelance brand specialist
Stint in area/regional level sales role with exposure to multiple therapy segments/products or in a Portfolio / Business Development role OR as a Marketing Analyst / Marketing Coordinator.
Exposure to Legal compliance and medical regulation is preferred
Prior experience in digital marketing hospital accounts marketing channel marketing manufacturing or R&D is desired.
Exposure to CRM and Data Visualization tools is preferred
