Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Executive / Sales Manager to expand our beverage business within the Food Service sector. The role involves driving sales across QSR chains cafés bakeries institutional buyers and HoReCa accounts for our mass-market beverages. This is an opportunity to build a category from the ground up in a fast-growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify pursue and convert new business opportunities within Food Service & HoReCa.
Build and manage strong relationships with QSRs café chains bakeries and institutional customers.
Achieve sales targets through direct selling distributor management and key account handling.
Work closely with NPD and Marketing teams to align offerings with customer requirements.
Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation pitching negotiation closure post-sale service.
Track market trends competition and pricing to develop informed go-to-market strategies.
Represent the brand at product tastings trade shows exhibitions and industry events.
Requirements
- 38 years experience in Food Service / HoReCa / QSR / Café / Institutional sales.
Background in beverages FMCG food ingredients or related industries preferred.
Strong experience working with procurement teams chefs category managers and purchase heads.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Highly driven entrepreneurial and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ability to work independently with strong ownership and outcome orientation.
