Strategic Business Development Manager (SaaS B2G/B2B)

Compensation: Competitive base uncapped commission

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SaaS new-logo hunter who has sold subscription-based software and exceeded $1M annual quotas. This role focuses on net-new acquisition selling cloud-based solutions to an underserved customer base. B2G experience is a strong plus but top B2B SaaS performers will be considered.
BDRs support top-of-funnel activity but you will own the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
What Youll Do
Drive outbound new-business sales in enterprise and government markets
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting demos proposals negotiation close
Build and maintain a self-sourced pipeline that supports $1M quota targets
Present cloud-based subscription solutions to IT procurement and executive buyers
Navigate multi-stakeholder value-driven sales processes
Requirements
What Were Looking For
68 years SaaS sales experience (required)
Proven success exceeding $1M annual quotas
Strong SaaS metrics knowledge (ARR / MRR / TCV / ACV)
High-volume outbound prospecting skills (phone email LinkedIn)
Experience selling subscription SaaS solutions into complex accounts
B2G sales experience preferred; B2B SaaS achievers encouraged to apply
