Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Stevens Point WI - Corporate Office
Starting Salary: $45972.49 - $50569.74 (salary to commensurate with experience). Compensation for this role consists of base pay and commission eligibility.

What youll do:
- Generate new sales opportunities through phone email video social media and other outreach methods.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Develop and follow a structured outreach process (method cadence timing).
- Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns and complete followup.
- Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
- Document activities in Skyforce and assist with forecasting.
- Share market trends and competitive intel from prospect conversations.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to refine skills and prospecting strategies.
- Attend tradeshows as needed for lead generation.
- Build internal relationships and deepen product knowledge to effectively communicate value.
What youll need:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in software or technology prospecting.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and persuasive writing skills.
- An engaging personality with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear compelling way.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with video conferencing tools (e.g. WebEx).
- Strong organizational timemanagement and problemsolving skills.
- Valid drivers license and insurability.
