Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the supply chain lifecycle including procurement production planning inventory management warehousing and distribution.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with corporate goals emphasizing cost reduction service level improvement and supply chain agility.
Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate contracts manage supplier performance and ensure reliable sourcing of raw materials and components.
Optimize inventory levels through demand forecasting safety stock analysis and implementation of advanced inventory control systems.
Oversee logistics operations including freight management carrier selection transportation planning and delivery performance tracking.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or other operational excellence methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Monitor supply chain KPIs and generate regular performance reports for senior leadership including on-time delivery rates inventory turnover and supply chain cost metrics.
Lead crisis management and risk mitigation efforts by identifying potential disruptions and developing contingency plans.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001) and environmental sustainability practices.
Partner with cross-functional teams such as production sales finance and R&D to align supply chain activities with business demands and market trends.
The ideal candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States and physically present within the U.S
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.

1 year of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of managing large-scale supply chains including procurement logistics and inventory control.
Expertise in supply chain planning tools (e.g. SAP Oracle JDA) and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau).
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles demand planning and inventory optimization techniques.
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with international trade regulations customs compliance and global supply chain dynamics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced results-driven environment with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
