Job Summary
We are hiring a motivated assistant manager to help lead daily operations at our fast-paced service restaurant in Mobile Alabama. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people staying organized and delivering great customer service.
Pay $15-$18/hr. (based on experience) bonuses
Schedule- Full Time/Flexible Shifts/ (days/nights/weekends)
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and support crew members during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Help with scheduling training and performance coaching
- Handle cash inventory and opening/closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous fast food or restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours
