Job Summary: | The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership in planning organizing and managing all activities within the ABEC Operations Department. This includes overseeing intake processes pre- and post-testing registration data collection data entry and data analysis. The role is also responsible for compiling verifying and submitting required documentation and reports to meet ICCB grant compliance standards. |

Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities: | - Masters degree in Education or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in teaching or academic program administration including staff supervision.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse educational levels ethnicities and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Proficiency in technology tools including academic databases spreadsheets and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Experience working with state-funded adult education programs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with the capacity to plan ahead anticipate departmental needs and remain open to collaborative solutions.
- Ability to design and deliver accessible training that provides clear guidance on policies and practices for staff.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes days/evenings/weekends as needed by the department

- Manage adult education registration and testing processes in collaboration with relevant college staff.
- Hire train and provide ongoing supervision and support to operations team members.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure accurate class scheduling and data entry into DAISI and Colleague systems.
- Communicate program requirements to instructors and staff; develop and deliver training as needed.
- Partner with the Student Services Division to fulfill responsibilities as the adult education ADA coordinator.
