Job Summary

Womens Health program is one of the regions largest with 4100 births annually and a Level III NICU serving diverse high-risk populations. Your leadership will directly influence outcomes operational excellence program growth and the delivery of compassionate family-centered care.

In this role you will:

Direct the strategic and operational performance of Womens Health nursing services
Lead teams toward continuous improvement in quality safety and patient experience
Drive growth while maintaining excellence in standards of care and compliance
Foster professional development and coaching for nearly 220 staff across multiple services
Collaborate across disciplines advancing mission to improve the health of our community
