Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company

Shift: 1st shift (7 4 or 8 5) 40 hrs/week
Role Purpose:
Support core HR processes by handling data documentation payroll onboarding/offboarding and employee-related requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze HR data and identify trends
Prepare reports forms & HR documents
Process payroll accurately & on time
Maintain HR records & document systems
Handle HR queries & policy-related requests
Support onboarding & offboarding
Ensure compliance with policies & procedures
Build strong relationships with internal teams
Support managers with employee issues & HR requests
Assist with recruiting & early talent programs
Skills Required:
Data analysis & reporting
Payroll management
HR policies & procedures

Organization & planning
Advanced Excel
HRIS (SAP preferred)
Education & Experience:
Short-cycle tertiary education
1 2 years HR experience (Generalist / Recruiting / Employee Relations)
Bachelors in HR or Management (preferred)
