Job Summary

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Eastwood Quezon City)

Schedule: Shifting schedule within 24/7 shift

Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills
Experience of at least 3 straight years as an Operations Team Lead/Supervisor (Assistant TL/SME/Nesting Team Lead experience not counted)
Strong background with Technical Support handling accounts such as Human Resources Software Workforce Management Software Human Capital Management Software Time and Payroll Software AI for HR and Workforce Trends (must be: from an international voice account)

Role & Responsibilities:

To motivate develop and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environment
Track and monitor KPIs as per Project requirement
Assist in scheduling and coordinating team activities
Answer operations related queries from the client and internal stakeholders
Drive process performance to achieve and exceed SLA deliverable
To create a conducive and stimulating environment for the teams to accomplish their goals
Manage expectations of his team members and proactively should be able to sense their needs
