Your Tasks
- Ensure effective implementation and execution of BDFs requirements for PC VAS3PMs as well as auditing the same at regular frequency.
- Ensure quality related activities such as inspection release non-conformity handling blocking relabeling returns disposal of materials and/or products by means of documented SOPs.
- Train all internal and external stake holders on the QM.
- Ensure compliance to GMP
- Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analysis identifying critical control points and preventive measures establishing critical limits monitoring procedures corrective actions and verification procedures.
- Meet quality assurance financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Ensure that products meet local regulatory requirements Compliance of country artworks with master artworks and local labelling requirements; Compliance of advertisements especially use of claims with local advertising requirements; Compliance with sales channel restrictions (if applicable)
- Ensure that local product handling activities (packing / repacking storage promotion activities sampling) meet regulatory requirements
- Support local and/or import sourcing activities for raw materials packaging materials bulk in IIM and non-IIM projects in all quality related tasks.
Your Profile
- Qualification required: Graduate or masters in science/Pharma
- Minimum Experience: 10-15 Years in Quality & Regulatory management Factory Quality Experience is must.
- Candidate must Possess strong communication skills with proficiency in spoken English
- expertise in drug regulatory affairs and meteorology compliance with standards such as ISO 22716 and ISO 9001.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
