Key job responsibilities
Design and manage comprehensive benefits programs for Europe ensuring compliance competitiveness and alignment with Amazons global strategy
Explore and implement AI-driven technologies to streamline benefits processes and enhance employee experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that balance employee needs and business objectives
Conduct in-depth analysis of benefits performance leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement
Engage with stakeholders to communicate and champion benefits programs effectively

Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic planning technological exploration and collaborative problem-solving. Youll dive into designing comprehensive benefits programs experiment with AI-driven solutions and engage with cross-functional teams to create meaningful impact.

- Bachelors degree in business HR or a related field
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Demonstrated expertise in employee benefits management in Europe
- Proficiency in English (C1)
- Understanding of Collective Bargaining Agreements and regulatory requirements
- Experience with AI and technology tools for data analytics and process automation
- Experience with large-scale HR benefits programs
- Expertise in developing scalable AI-enabled solutions
- Advanced knowledge of benefits-related data analysis
- Proven track record of technological innovation and process simplification
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse organizational environments
