Responsibilities

Manage daily operation and work on end-to-end process improvement
- Plan and execute outbound orders prepare documents certificate/license application based on BUs request.
- Monitor shipment status timely identify the potential issues and make the appropriate solutions/escalation.
- Spot quotes to relevant LSPs where the RFQ rates cannot be appliedVerifies monthly LSP expenses according to actual execution.
- Support process leader to manage 3PLs performance ensure a sustainable/good service drive KPI improvement.
- Be accountable for logistics related QNS/complaints identifying root causes and implementing appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure working instructions (WI) or LOP are up to date controlled revised according to business needs.
- Operational compliance on all regulatory internal/external guidelines and support on audit activities
- Support LSS logistic projects implementation and initiate process improvement projects (Lean Event)
- Act as a back-up for other team members as per aligned back up structure. Ensure proper knowledge
- Execute knowledge transfer / work shadowing sessions in countries transfer between backups.

Relationship Management
- Maintain positive work relationship with all relevant parties
- Assist in establishing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Interface with other departments to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities
- Taking care about work atmosphere / creating proper work atmosphere by proper behavior / approach / attitude


Requirements

- Bachelor degree
- 3 years in logistics supply chain management
- Good knowledge of Excel Word Outlook Power Point
- Respective SAP modules knowledge is preferred
- Familiar with Customs regulation and export handling process in China.
