主要职责
1. 合作伙伴战略与开拓制定并执行季度/年度合作伙伴拓展计划主动发掘评估和签约高质量的潜在合作伙伴建立初步合作关系
2. 合作伙伴关系管理与赋能作为合作伙伴的主要联系人建立并维护牢固的战略合作关系对合作伙伴团队进行全面的产品培训销售培训和竞争定位指导确保他们能有效推广Horizons解决方案为合作伙伴提供必要的销售工具市场材料和联合营销活动支持定期进行业务回顾共同制定增长策略解决合作中的问题
3. 业务增长与协同与合作伙伴紧密协作共同挖掘客户线索推动销售管道增长并实现收入目标协调内部销售和营销团队确保为合作伙伴及其客户提供无缝的服务体验
4. 市场洞察与报告跟踪合作伙伴绩效指标如线索量成交率收入贡献定期分析报告收集合作伙伴及终端市场的反馈为产品市场和销售策略提供洞察
任职要求
1. 必备经验至少1-3年在B2B SaaS人力资源科技专业服务或相关领域的渠道销售/合作伙伴管理经验有从0到1搭建经验者优先拥有在跨境/全球化业务领域成功发展和管理合作伙伴网络的记录 出色的沟通谈判和人际交往能力能够与各级别的合作伙伴建立信任
2. 核心能力自驱与创业精神能在远程快节奏的环境中独立工作具备出色的自我管理能力和目标导向思维战略思维与执行力 既能制定战略计划又能关注细节确保高效执行 协同能力出色的内部跨团队协作能力能够有效调动资源支持合作伙伴 数据驱动能够运用数据来分析绩效发现问题并优化策略
