Position
We are currently hiring a Client Experience Intern for a summer term position (May to August 2026). Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate program and returning to school after the internship.
The position reports to the AVP Client Experience & Insights and supports cross-functional initiatives to improve the experience of financial advisors and investors. This role offers exposure to client insights journey mapping service design and CX strategyPosition:
Join our Threat Management team for a dynamic winter internship focused on cybersecurity operations vulnerabilities management and threat intelligence. Youll contribute to cybersecurity initiatives support ongoing security operations activities and help shape data-driven insights to strengthen IGM security posture.
Responsibilities:
- Support ad-hoc and in-flight security activities across the organization
- Analyze security datasets to identify patterns and anomalies
- Produce clear and concise documentation (e.g. how-to guides internal communications)
- Coordinate meetings tasks and follow-ups with internal stakeholders
- Assist in the development and refinement of threat detection and response activities
Requirements:
- Pro-active problem-solving attitude and ability to work calmly under pressure
- Interest in cybersecurity and staying current with industry developments
- Desire to continuously improve processes and tools
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g. Excel Python PowerBI)
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Structured thinking and ability to break down complex problems

The expected annual base salary range (prorated for the term) for this role is $49000 - $51000 which is determined based on year of study IGM program geographic location and candidates skills knowledge and addition to base salary this role is eligible for paid time off.
