As a PIRTEK Mobile Service & Sales Technician youll be the face of our business. Youll operate a fully equipped mobile workshop troubleshoot hydraulic and industrial hoses fluid transfer issues on-site and perform fast reliable repairs that keep our customers up and running.
This role is ideal for those with mechanical or diesel service backgrounds including technicians familiar with hydraulics heavy equipment or fluid systems. Diesel experience is preferred but not requiredif you know your way around engines tools and mechanical systems youll feel right at home.
This position is a blend of hands-on technical work and professional customer interaction. You must be comfortable using tools and confidently speaking with business owners managers and mechanics. Building trust explaining repairs and identifying additional service needs is a key part of the job.
- Provide on-site hydraulic hose replacement and repairs at customer locations
- Operate and maintain a PIRTEK Mobile Service Vehicle as a rolling workshop
- Diagnose issues fabricate hoses and complete repairs with accuracy and safety
- Deliver exceptional customer serviceexplain work answer questions and build rapport
- Identify opportunities for additional products/services and help customers prevent future breakdowns
- Maintain accurate service records invoices and vehicle inventory
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfortable with tools for hands-on repairs
- Confident communicatorable to speak professionally with customers and earn their trust
- Sales-minded with the ability to spot opportunities and make helpful recommendations
- Problem-solver who stays calm and efficient in fast-paced environments
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Experience in hydraulic mechanical automotive industrial or construction fields is a plus
- No hydraulic experience No problemcomprehensive training provided
