The Opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy a global leader driving innovation in sustainable energy solutions. Were looking for a Project Manager to lead complex high-impact projects within our Transformer Business Unit. In this role youll collaborate with cross-functional teams manage project milestones and ensure successful delivery for one of our strategic customers. How Youll Make an Impact
- Lead multiple projects with clear goals timelines and deliverables.
- Act as the primary contact for customers and resolve escalations.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Plan and manage scope resources budgets and schedules.
- Oversee project documentation for scope budget and risk management.
- Monitor progress to ensure quality safety and compliance.
- Identify and mitigate risks while sharing lessons learned.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business Administration (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- PMP certification preferred; must obtain Hitachi Energy PM certification within 2 years.
- Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage scope cost and schedules.
- Experience with SAP MS Project and other PM tools.
- Knowledge of transformer manufacturing and North American energy sector is a plus.
