Location: Warsaw (hybrid mode with 3 days working at the office)
Responsibilities
As Field Service Dispatcher youll be the go-to link between customers field teams and internal operations. Youll coordinate appointments monitor schedules and keep everything running smoothly. From managing job pools and optimizing routes to dispatching technicians and ensuring SLAs youll make sure every commitment is met efficiently. Your role is all about smart scheduling quick problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support dispatch operations for your assigned region
- Monitor technician status and schedules to keep jobs on track
- Manage job pools fill gaps and reassign work to meet customer commitments
- Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- Handle appointment confirmations rescheduling and customer inquiries
- Update calendars and adjust assignments based on skills and priorities
- Anticipate obstacles and find prompt solutions
- Collaborate with your team and share feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education or equivalent practical experience
- 24 years in Field Service Dispatch (or similar role)
- Strong communication skills in Dutch language plus solid English.

Pay Transparency Statement
The monthly base salary range for this position is 8400.00 PLN gross to 9800.00 PLN gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications skills competencies geographic location and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
